CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION INFORMATION
The forgotten password tool only works with EXTERNAL accounts in eAwards (i.e. accounts excluding @uottawa.ca). If you are an internal user (with email @uottawa.ca), make sure you reset your password through uoAccess or contact the IT group at x6555.
